What happens in a Counselling session?

I will provide a safe environment in which to explore your issues. With most types of therapy you are free to discuss what you wish, from everyday events, dilemmas, feelings and thoughs

Condfidentiality

Anything you bring to a session will be confidential, I am ethically bound to keep what you share confidential, I have a supervisor, overseeing my work, to ensure I am maintaining a high level of assistance to all my clients. While I might discuss you with my supervisor, I will not divulge your identity and my supervisor is also ethically bound to protect privacy

Number of Sessions

The number of sessions varies, and depends on what issues you bring and we will discuss this at our first session

Parking

There is parking on Go Outdoors car park on Wilson Pattern Street or there is a car park where the old Mr Smiths nightclub was, this car park is £2.00 a day.

Making an appointment

If you would like to make an appointment, you can either ring me and I will ring you back as soon as I can, Also you can email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can, within 12 hour's.
